My story
My interest in health grew from personal experience, not theory. From the outside, much of my life looked healthy and active; underneath, I could tell something was not quite right.
The search
From an early age, skin and digestive problems kept returning. Although I trained intensely, ate plenty and looked fit, I regularly experienced energy dips and struggled to maintain my weight. I wanted to understand what my body needed to feel better and live with fewer symptoms. After all, my body was constantly working to repair and restore itself.
During my search, I was told that 95% of all health complaints had an emotional cause. At first, that made sense to me. I pursued many therapies and also explored plant medicines, hoping they might help me understand what was happening in my body.
Discovering quantum biology added a new perspective. I began to see health through the lens of energy: can the body’s energy supply meet what daily life asks of it, while leaving enough room for recovery? A person may have been through a great deal, for any number of reasons, but that does not automatically mean their past is the cause of their physical symptoms. This shifted the question I was asking myself.
I also wanted to understand how much energy is available and where it is going. That perspective now plays an important part in how I think about health.

My mission
My mission is to help people who feel stuck with persistent symptoms, fatigue or limited resilience find their way through the confusion. I do not promise a single standard solution. Instead, we explore which patterns may be placing strain on the body and where more room for recovery can be created.
I want health to feel practical, personal and understandable again. By looking at light, rhythm, nutrition, movement, stress, environment and recovery as connected, people can gradually gain a clearer sense of what their body needs.
I also want to help people feel as energised as possible, so they have the capacity to pursue their own mission and succeed in what matters to them. Seeing people grow, move towards their goals and thrive gives me a tremendous amount of energy too.

From my story to my perspective
My own search has made me cautious about sweeping promises, while deepening my curiosity about how things connect. If my story resonates with you, the next question is not which method will fix everything, but which patterns may be placing strain on your system right now.
I have a real passion for making sense of complex health challenges. I find it deeply rewarding to ask questions, look beyond the obvious and piece together the bigger picture. When an initial explanation falls short, I keep exploring what we may have missed, with the aim of understanding what is contributing to your symptoms and where we can make meaningful changes.
My perspective on health explores the connections between energy, daily rhythm, demands and recovery. From there, you can read how I put that understanding into practice through personal guidance.
