Preparation
I carefully review your detailed intake form, identify patterns and areas that need attention, and prepare any additional questions for our first appointment.

My approach
We take time to understand your situation, choose realistic priorities and turn them into practical steps for daily life. Here is how we work together, from preparation to any further support you choose.
The initial phase includes preparation, two appointments and the analysis and planning in between. We take time to understand your situation and agree on realistic first steps together.
I carefully review your detailed intake form, identify patterns and areas that need attention, and prepare any additional questions for our first appointment.
The first in-person appointment usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. We explore your intake in greater depth, build a clearer picture of your situation and carry out the Corpus Analyser scan.
After our first appointment, I take the time to bring everything together. I consider your story, lifestyle, resilience and any scan results and turn these insights into a personal report with recommendations and a proposal for optional further support.
During the follow-up session, we go through your personal plan in detail. I explain why the recommendations fit your situation. Together we discuss the priorities and how to put the first steps into practice. I generally set aside 1 to 2 hours for this. We can meet in person or online.
One month of WhatsApp support is included from the second appointment. During that month, you can ask me questions about the protocols and recommendations in your personal plan, and I will answer them. The report also includes a proposal for optional further support, tailored to your goals and starting point. Whether to continue is entirely up to you. In follow-up appointments, we can review your experience, see what needs attention and make adjustments where needed. There is no obligation to continue.

How the scan fits into my approach
The Corpus Analyser can add another perspective to the conversation about your intake, symptoms and daily rhythm. I do not use it to diagnose, nor do I offer it as a standalone service. Instead, it is an additional tool that can help me tailor the support more closely to you.
The scan takes place during the in-person appointment in the complete initial phase or the one-off Health Review. If useful, we can repeat it during a 90-minute follow-up appointment. I always consider the results alongside your story, lifestyle and resilience.

My approach may suit you if you have already tried several individual recommendations, want to understand why your body responds the way it does and are open to viewing rhythm, sleep, light, nutrition, movement, recovery and your living environment as one connected whole.
When there are signs that iron may be less available, I look beyond that finding. Iron can be present in the body yet less available because it is moved out of circulation as a protective response, for example during inflammation. I also consider what the Corpus Analyser indicates about iron and explore which factors may be involved. The scan offers a starting point for further questions; on its own, it cannot explain the cause.
Asking different questions opens up different answers. It helps us build a clearer, deeper understanding of your situation and focus on the factors contributing to the deficiency.
My coaching may be less suitable if you are looking for a quick fix or a magic pill without being willing to take practical steps to change your lifestyle. If you are ready to put lifestyle changes into practice, I will support you with my full attention and commitment.
